Following the elegance of the RGS 350 Gala Ball the previous week, it was a pleasure to reconnect with the Reigatian community in a very different – but equally special – setting. On a beautiful, warm and sunny evening in Dorking, Reigatians gathered at Drop Kick Brewing, hosted by Fin McCartney (RGS 2011–2018).
With the stunning Surrey Hills as a backdrop, the relaxed atmosphere was matched by the outstanding craft ale – brewed to perfection by Fin and his team – and delicious wood-fired pizza enjoyed by all. The event brought together a wonderful mix of current and former parents, former students and staff in a spirit of easy conversation and shared connection.
It was a fantastic way to spend a spring evening and a brilliant opportunity to support Fin as he grows his exciting venture. If you haven’t yet visited Drop Kick Brewing, we highly recommend you do – it’s well worth the trip.
