Second year Engineering student exploring Summer 2026 opportunities across software, data, and finance

My name is Vraj Vyas, and I am a second year MEng Electronic and Computer Engineering student at the University of Nottingham, currently predicted a First Class Honours degree. I am an RGS leaver (Class of 2024) actively seeking a Summer 2026 internship where I can contribute meaningfully to a commercial team while broadening my professional skill set. I have built a strong technical foundation through hands on experience in software architecture, low latency telemetry systems and quantitative data pipelines.

My experience includes architecting a full stack telemetry platform in C++ and Python for Vyronix Motorsports , building high performance data pipelines to process live financial market streams for NEFS Quant, and my previous role as a Software Quality Engineer Intern at Dassault Systèmes, where I developed automated test harnesses. Across these roles, I have developed strong algorithmic foundations, a rigorous approach to problem solving and the ability to manage the full software development lifecycle within a team.

While my background is highly technical, I am completely open minded about the sector. I am particularly interested in placement opportunities within software engineering, data analytics finance related roles, or broader technical operations where I can add value, take initiative while learning from experienced professionals. I am an adaptable and fast learner, comfortable stepping into new environments and I bring a strong work ethic alongside a genuine enthusiasm for commercial growth.

I would be very happy to share my CV or discuss potential opportunities. I can be contacted via email at vraj.kishor@icloud.com ,by phone on +447735642882 ,through LinkedIn at www.linkedin.com/in/vrajkishor-vyas, or via the Reigatian Hub messaging system.
