Corporate Membership Term & Priority Access: Corporate Memberships are offered on a two-year basis. Partners committing to this term are granted first refusal on digital and print directory entries at the point of renewal.
Category Exclusivity: To ensure fairness and value, only non-competing organisations will be included within the same edition of RGS Foundation digital and print publications.
No Direct Mail Promotions: The RGS Foundation will not indiscriminately distribute direct mail promotions on behalf of corporate partners to members. However, the RGS Foundation reserves the right to promote occasional offers to specific segments of the community where there is a tangible benefit.
Business Directory & Reigatian Offers: The RGS Foundation maintains a Business Directory, which includes a “Reigatian Offers” section; This section is open to all listed businesses, not only corporate partners; Offers must provide clear and direct benefit to the Reigatian community and be genuine, accurate, and not purely promotional.
Consent-Based Communications: A specific consent option will be available to members to receive communications relating solely to corporate partnerships and associated offers. All such communications are opt-in only.
Content & Brand Control: All listings, content, and offers are subject to RGS Foundation approval. The RGS Foundation reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove content to ensure alignment with its values and standards.
Data Protection & Privacy: Member data will not be shared with corporate partners. All communications will be managed by the RGS Foundation in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Capacity & Delivery: Delivery of partnership benefits is subject to RGS Foundation capacity. The RGS Foundation reserves the right to adjust formats or timing to ensure quality and sustainability.
No Guarantee of Commercial Return: The RGS Foundation does not guarantee commercial return, leads, or engagement levels arising from participation in partnership programs.
Non-Endorsement: Inclusion as a corporate partner does not constitute endorsement by the RGS Foundation. All communications will clarify that participation is voluntary.
Right of Refusal / Termination: The RGS Foundation reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a corporate partnership at its discretion if alignment with values, reputation, or community interests is compromised.
Acknowledgement: All corporate partners will have access to these Terms & Conditions and are required to formally acknowledge receipt and acceptance as part of their Corporate Membership sign-up process.
